“In working with David, I found that he really listened to my wants and needs. I told him the price limit and what I was looking for in a house. He promptly e-mailed me a selection of homes in the range for me to look over to decide which I would consider. After reviewing the homes, there were about 15 that I wanted to see. He made arrangements for the viewings and in a couple of days we began looking at them. He was very knowledgeable about the homes he showed. After looking at all the homes, I decided on the one and we made an offer. Since I didn’t know of any home inspectors or a real estate attorney he suggested a few that I might consider.
